"Not happy with what we paid"

I would not suggest that you do service with this company ever again. When i first arrived I was greeted with extremely rude serivce. Then i was asked to supply a credit card which I had already paid for the hotel in full, and then I had to pay a hidden fee of $10.00. This hotel has several issues. The room lacked a small desk for computer, the refrigerator was missing, wall plug was inoperable, tv was old and had few channels, and there was no microwave. The hallway had old, musty carpet in it. The breakfast host was a little inconsiderate or acted like she didn't care about her job. El día primero de marzo de 2013 llegamos al hotel en la noche de un viaje en avión de 6 horas, la Srta. Recepcionista nos atendió como primer impacto se notaba enojado y un huésped le comento que no lo tratara así y los documentos no se entraban de mala forma, con nosotros fue malhumorada y le pedimos información del lugar para visitar su respuesta […] fue soy recepcionista no agencia de información y me dio un mapa. La limpieza del cuarto el día 11 de marzo de 2013 no se realizó y le comente a la persona encargada en el momento, por lo tanto las toallas estaban sucias y lo único que podían hacer es mandar unas toallas que estarían lavando para usarlas, si llegaron limpias y calientitas. La persona que me atendió hizo su esfuerzo para hablarme en español y pedir disculpa por no tener personal de limpieza. Se le comento a la gerente en cargada en el momento y su expresión fue ni modo. Por ser una ciudad de visitantes internacionales una recepcionista que atiende al huésped "menospreciando al cliente” con sus respuestas.
