"Only 4 miles from the coast.. :)"
The hotel is only 4 miles from the coast for half the price.. Located just off of I-95.. We were there to sleep, and was very comfortable.. The view out back was of the canal with a lot of sail boats.. If you are looking for a resort, this isn't it.. It's a place to sleep.. Breakfast was very good.. "nice location to most sights"
I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed staying there. This time the are in renavation and the noise started early in the morning and lasted all day. Not a good place to hang out during the day. Once the upgrades are completed this will be a great place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"a place to sleep"
I booked this hotel for 3 nights - 2 nights at the beginning of our trip (we were coming in from a late flight and wanted something close to the airport) and 1 night at the end (leaving on an early flight and again, wanted something close). It was close to the airport and the price was right. You do get what you pay for, and we got a little more - we […] got a clean place to sleep, enough towels/washcloths, a mini frig and microwave, and even a free breakfast. The bed was comfortable, but it's not a pillowtop. If you are looking for one of those, look elsewhere. It isn't uncomfortable, but it's somewhat harder than what I have at home. The pillows were good, though, and the furnishings were nice. This is an older hotel that has been re-done. It still looks fairly old from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover - the rooms are fine. This is a 5-story hotel with rooms that open to the outside. There is an elevator that, while ventilated, is not air conditioned, so you may be a little warm on your short flight up. The breakfast provided is adequate - orange slices were the only fruit available, but they also had hard-boiled eggs (a rarity in hotel breakfasts), cereal and milk, and muffins, so it's enough to start your day. Also, this hotel is not walking-distance to the beach (unless you just really like to walk long distances). We drove and found flat-rate parking for the day. Overall, this is a good value.
