I was extremely worried when we pulled up. The location was not great....however if I was in town for bar hopping I would only need to walk across the parking lot and find 4 right there. Cheap overnight stay in Lake Havasu. Pool conveniently located in middle of U shape 2-story layout. Office management friendly, had issue with TV part way through the evening, resolved by management w/in 20mins. "Lake Havasu"

"Horrible Experience..."
When arriving at the hotel we couldn't even find it. It was extremely hidden behind a gated dirt field and the sign says a different hotel name.When checking in it seemed the hotel clerk was on a little bit of a power trip demanding i write down everyone's name that was going to be staying in the room. He then gave us our keys but didn't bother to even […] tell us where our rooms were. Initially I didn't think they were that bad until that night when laying on our beds. They were very very uncomfortable with only one thin blaket and one thin comforter. The bed also only had one flat pillow for each side. The bathroom shower curtain was horrible. It stuck to you in the shower and didn't keep any of the water in the shower. The floor literally had at least one inch of water all the way across. When we went to ask for more towels to sop up the floor they would only give us one. I will not be staying there again and I don't recommend anyone else to either. When we arrived at the hotel I was a little skeptical that we had wasted our money. The hotels outside appearance is old and in need of a facelift and yard maintenance. However I was happily surprised with our room. It was very clean and quiet. The air worked great and the room had everything we could need. initally when we drove up to the hotel-- we was not very pleasing to the eye from the outside--it was very dark & we were not sure where the lobby was & the lobby was very small--but as we got to our room we were plesantly surprised by the size of the room-it was very spacious & we also had a balcony & we could see the water from our room-our stay turned […] out to be great! & condiering we stayed over spring break --i thought it might be very loud w/ all the spring breakers but there was no issue at all. "Hidden, but pleasant, Surprise"
Tucked behind the storefronts along the older, but quaint, section of Havasu, you may pass this place even if you're looking for it. However, it is worth getting to and is a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I expected little, since it was one of the cheapest places in town, and I was pleasantly blown away by the room, as well as the courtyard […] and swimming pool. The grounds are professionally landscaped and well-cleaned, the pool is nice, and the rooms are very good sized. The rooms certainly are not the newest, nor are their furnishings, but they have been well kept and are spacious enough that you've actually got some room to move around, even with the large central console housing a large TV and two closets, a table & chairs, a small desk, and nightstands. The in-room coffee maker is nice (especially since the hotel itself doesn't really offer any breakfast). Also, walls in-between the rooms are solid—either concrete or brick (not sure which)—so noise between rooms is greatly diminished. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. While it is true to say that for the price you will not find anything better in the area, I think it's pretty safe to say that even if you spend 20-30 bucks more, you still will not get a better quality room than you'll get here.
