When booking, i specifically requested two beds and a couch that opened into a bed. When I arrived, my reservation was for two beds only, and that was all that was available. Had to rate the cleanliness of my "non-smoking' room as disapointing, room wreaked of smoke, despite an attempt to use a spray (just as bad) to cover the odor.
