Was traveling and it was an inexpensive place to sleep. Breakfast was marginally adequate. Room was okay. Convenient off the highway and well lit parking lot.

This Inn is not even trying. The 1st room I went to had urine on the toilet seat, water in the tub, toothpaste in the sink bowl and what appeared to be dirty sheets. I requested a second room only to find it smelled like smoke, I was so tired at this point just stayed in this room. Hotels location feels like you are sitting in Lowes parking lot. The carpets were stained and filthy. Room was not cleaned well. There was trash under bed, no telling how long it was there. This hotel was dirty. There were holes in the walls, exposed electrical outlets, so many stains on the carpet you couldn't count them all, and the bed linens were for a king-sized bed even though ours were queen beds. First room assignment smelled like a really bad wet dog, the second room already had someone in it, the third room was okay-- a little dated, however the bed was comfy. The front desk service was very good --- if you have another option for a place to stay I would probably use it.

The front desk employee was very nice and very quick in our check in. The room was clean and felt safe. The room had a new larger flat screen television and small refrigerator and microwave. It is located in a area with a variety off food choice within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay here again.

There was trash left in trash can guess from previous occupants. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet felt nasty and the air condition made a noise most of the night. The room had a musty smell to it. The shampoo and conditioners that are in the room complimentary were empty.

Our first room was dreadful It was filthy and smelled very bad, even worse when the a/c was on.. However, the manager was helpful and did get us into a room which was acceptable. The pictures of the hotel show access to rooms from an inside hallway. That is not the case. This is a motel, with cars driving up to the door and shining lights into your […] windows. The airconditioner was very noisy and smelled. Internet access was intermittant. And when we checked out the hotel could not give us any printed receipt showing the room had been paid in full and no further charges were being made to our credit card, which they insisted on taking when we checked in. I had no idea of available channels or which channel was the offered premium channel Showtime. TV remote control was sticky. I guess you get what you pay for, which is not much. The staff was very nice, but house keeping was non-existant. The 1st night, they only made one bed, and did not replenish the towels, or cups. The hotel was clean except for bathroom. Our toliet was NOT scrubbed at all and had a bad toliet ring at the top underneath seat. The hotel was close to recent tornadoes and suffered some roofing damage. Work crews are still completing the shingle work. There was a fear of nails in the parking lot, but the crews were constantly running over the lot with magnets. Our only complaint was that we put in a wake-up call request for 6:45am to make breakfast and our son's soccer game. […] We never received our call. Fortunately, I woke up in time to rush to our game and we made it back in time for breakfast before checking out. They said they have had problems with the automated phone system that they thought had been corrected. I told them to pass on to management that they may still have problems to address. Room over used without up-dating. Big Crack at the bottom of the door with day light shining through. Drapes in need of replacement. Felt very un comfortable in the room. Requested light bulb replacement in bathroom area, also not enough towels in the room.

The manager was very nice, but this hotel is in need of a "make-over." We spent 30 minutes repairing both beds in one of our rooms(were off the cheap frames and fell over when you sat on them). The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. We spent a fortune for these rooms because it was a football weekend.... what a rip-off!

Although we are senior citizens, we managed the steps fine. We like being up above the noise anyway. We were pleased with our room and we would stay there when we get to come to a football game in Tuscaloosa again.
