"Disgusted"
This Inn is not even trying. The 1st room I went to had urine on the toilet seat, water in the tub, toothpaste in the sink bowl and what appeared to be dirty sheets. I requested a second room only to find it smelled like smoke, I was so tired at this point just stayed in this room. I later discovered that there was brand new trash liner in both trash […] cans but one had a chewed wad of gum and the other cigarette ashes. "Avoid if you have other choices"
Hotels location feels like you are sitting in Lowes parking lot. The carpets were stained and filthy. Room was not cleaned well. There was trash under bed, no telling how long it was there. I listened to person in next room til almost 4 in morning one night talking on cell phone.The staff were friendly […] the night I checked in and when I left, but wanted to avoid my calling them back because they double charged my room then I had to keep calling them because they would never call me back like they said, almost a month later the money was credited to my credit card. "Absolutely horrible"
This hotel was dirty. There were holes in the walls, exposed electrical outlets, so many stains on the carpet you couldn't count them all, and the bed linens were for a king-sized bed even though ours were queen beds. The hotel was close to recent tornadoes and suffered some roofing damage. Work crews are still completing the shingle work. There was a fear of nails in the parking lot, but the crews were constantly running over the lot with magnets. Our only complaint was that we put in a wake-up call request for 6:45am to make breakfast and our son's soccer game. […] We never received our call.
