"Very noisy due to highways and structure of hotel"

"Not sure I would return"

"FILTHY AND POORLY MANAGED"
My family and i have stayed at several hotels throughout the years, but this one was the absolute WORST! It was so bad that I used my cell phone to take pictures of the filth in our room. The carpet was never vacuumed prior to our check-in as their were pieces of paper (trash) in corners and in the middle of the floor between the queen beds. I summoned […] management once I lifted the dust ruffle on one of the beds and found an empty Samuel Adams beer bottle. This was a very clear sign that housekeeping had NOT been in the room to clean! The smell of our room and our friends rooms that were vacationing with us was absolutely appalling. It was a mold-type smell! The property looks very nice on the website and nice from the road. There was even trash in the breezeways of the other floors. We were on the first floor. One of our friends had to complain twice to the front desk that his air conditioner was out in his room with temps in the high 90's. The complimentary breakfast was pitifiul and I couldn't even after sleeping all night in the hotel room inhaling the musky, mold smell. Ridiculous!!!! Hotels.com should remove this property from it's hotel listings. After complaining the first night when checking about housekeeping you would think that management would definitely make sure that housekeeping would come in and clean our room on Day 2---NOT! "Further from the NYC than would of liked"
Wanted to charge extra $20. to check in two hours early, breakfast was very shabby. Room was okay for what we needed (only a place to sleep). Bedding was clean. The hotel boasted on its sign renovated rooms only ours didn't look renovated. It was dark and drab and not very comfortable. Het hotel heeft geen zwembad maar we hadden genoeg dingen in de buurt te doen zoals bezoek New York City en Sixflags in Jacksonville. Dit hotel had een wasmachine en een wasdroger.
