"Rude and must've been old or boring neighbors"
The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately I had a bad neighbor! I stayed in the room with 3 other friends and we received 2 complaints from security saying they received complaints about the noise. We were not speaking loud. It was a Saturday night at the Hard Rock at 10:30pm. People go to the Hard Rock to relax and party. To receive these complaints […] not only once but twice ruined my night not to mention the hotel manager and 2 other security guards came and were stalking our room to see if we were being loud. One of the security guards was extremely rude. The other security guard was really cool about everything and told me honestly that we got stuck with rude neighbors. "Hotel Front Desk Staff Needs Hospitality Training"
Hotel is great, but front desk staff is terrible. I missed my flight and called to make sure my fiancé could get picked up from the airport and get in our room. After landing I learned that yes they picked her up, but wouldn't allow her to get into a paid for room. All things were paid for in advance but she sat in the lobby for 12hrs+ for no reason. […] After we decided to go ahead and stay since all was paid for, when we checked out she gets a random charge from the hotel a week later on her card. "Live pests!!"

"Decent but not Extravagant"
I recently stayed at this hotel. It was okay but not as great as I thought it would be and the surrounding neighborhood was not all that. I booked a non smoking room which was filled with smoke smell. I don't think it was worth the money. The employees were very nice and professional. "Hard Rock Staycation"
We stayed at the Hard Rock for a quick weekend staycation. We had trouble at check-in, as our reservation included 2 for 1 drink coupons and the guy checking us in told us he had no idea what I was talking about. "Service Staff Hot and Cold"
Checking in we had a clerk who was too tired to do her job well. When my credit card didn't go right through she told me it was no good. When I called my company they told me that there wasn't a problem and that the desk clerk tried only once and when it didn't go right through they rejected it. Luckily, I travel with more than one credit card. Next, […] at every turn we were made to pay upfront and it always seemed like they were expecting us to try to rip them off. I know it's a casino and hotel but have a little faith that most people are good. Our dining experience at Tequila Junction will never be repeated. They have good food but terrible service. The best part of the hotel is the Spa. It was clean, well managed, comfortable, well-stocked, and the services were well delivered. I would return to the Spa but not the hotel. Don't get me wrong we encountered excellent service from some of the hotel staff but mostly I felt they were bothered by my questions or needs. Pool service slow. One waitress to service the whole pool area is nuts. Last but not least, the vulgar dancing at the check-in desk bar was disgusting to say the least. I know your establishment is not a family distination but it's also not a Swingers Club. Clean it up or at least monitor your guests. If you are running a brothel, guests should be warned. "seminole hard rock hotel"
I can't believe people are still smoking like that and allowed in hotels ugh. Also I have never not been able to get into the room before 4pm. By that time even the kids were sick of the pool which was nice by the way, except yes more people smoking. We had booked the HardRock 2 wks in advance and would be traveling with a 10yr old. We were told they had a GameRoom and Pool. We called ahead to let them know that we were a late check-In. Customer service: bad example: desk person spoke to another employee entire time while dealing with us. hardly acknowledged us. Many more examples. room: good and bad example: Bed and amenities very nice. Carpet had dog stains very thin walls. grounds: nice but smokey. Restaurants and entertainment. average. Lots of restaurant choices but Johnny rockets […] was the best food we had there. Gaming is very tight, its not vegas, ac. This place to me has gone a little down since last time I went 2 years ago. Very disappointed with the attitude of many security guards at the room elevator and game pit managers,very rude with some players. I witnessed quite a few arguments on the floor suprisingly. Very pricey restaurants all around and far from the attractions. Surrounding of the […] hotel complex is literally desolated. Pawn shops, XXX video stores, closed shops, etc.... Good place if you want to play at a casino but for anything else, avoid this place. "Et okay alt-i-et resort."
Indcheckningen var fin. Værelset er lidt gammeldags indrettet. Rengøringen var lidt mangelfuld, der var 2 badekåber på værelset som vi brugte hver især men da der blev skiftet fik vi kun én tilbage og vi måtte skiftes til at bruge den ene kåbe resten af ugen. Der stod også 2 stk. engangsbægre til kaffe, hvor vi ikke hver dag fik nye, så ingen morgenkaffe […] hver dag. Det er fint man kan blive charged på sit værelsesnummer så man ikke behøver at have pungen med hele tiden, men hvad nytter det når de forlanger legitimation hver gang man skal betale på denne måde, så er det ikke så praktisk længere. Der er en lille kaffebar på hotellet, hvor vi købte vores morgenmad de fleste dage, men personalet trænger til at lære om kundeservice, de var uopmærksomme og havde travlt med at tale indbyrdes så vi skulle gentage vores bestilling igen. Der er en Spa afdeling på hotellet hvor vi prøvede en behandling. I deres brochure stod der at behandlingen varede 55 min. men allerede efter 30 min. var vi færdige samtidig med at noget af det som stod beskrevet ikke blev gjort. og det var stadig til fuld pris, det var meget skuffende. Man spiser godt på hotellets restauranter og der er et godt udvalg. Pool området er lækkert med en dejlig stor pool som har en sjov vandrutchebane, spaen er også lækker at sidde i. Der er gode muligheder for at ligge rundt om poolen på solstole og det er rart at man får 2 håndklæder udleveret til formålet. Hotellet har et stort casino med en stor food court. "Hotel in Ordnung, Valet-Park-Personal geldgeil!"
Wir sind Richtung Check-In gefahren und dabei wohl automatisch zum Valet-Parking geleitet worden. Dort war man sehr aufdringlich und wollte uns unbedingt das Auto parken und waschen!!! Mehrere Personen haben uns darauf angesprochen. Als wir dann sagten, dass wir nur kurz einchecken wollten und das Auto dann wegfahren würden, wurde dann der Hotelmanager […] geholt, der uns erklärte, dass das nicht ginge. Er fuhr dann den Wagen zur Seite. Als wir dann die Koffer aus dem Auto holen wollten, wollte das Valet-Parking-Personal plötzlich wieder den Autoschlüssel. Wir verweigerten die Herausgabe mit dem Hinweis, dass wir die Koffer nur schnell ins Zimmer bringen wollten und dann das Auto wegfahren würden. Als uns dann aber klargemacht wurde, dass das nicht ginge, habe ich dann Frau und Freunde mit den Koffern stehen gelassen und habe das Auto ins Parkhaus gestellt. Dort waren die ersten 3 Etagen für das Valet-Parking reserviert, wir mussten in die 4. Etage, aufs Dach. Beim angeblichen "Gutschein" für ein freies Getränk an der Pool-Bar handelt es sich nur um einen 2-for-1-Voucher. Man musste also ein Getränk bezahlen, um das Gratis-Getränk zu erhalten. Zu allem Überfluss war dann am Wochenende noch eine Veranstaltung im Hotel. Als Hotelgast wurde man nicht mehr mit dem Auto zum Parkhaus gelassen. Wir mussten ca. 500 m Fussweg in Kauf nehmen und auf einer Wiese parken. Der sehr schöne Poolbereich konnte auch von Nicht-Hotelgästen genutzt werden, da es keinerlei Zugangskontrolle gab.
