"unbelievable !!!"
Upon entering the room and knowing the forecast called for a cold overnight we turned on the heater. It didn't work. A maintenance guy worked on it for an hour and said he couldn't fix it. The front desk said there were no other rooms available and offered a space heater to which I repkied I think they are illlegal in hotel rooms. So about an hour after […] that the front desk delivered ONE thin cheap blanket and said that was the best they could do. Finally I spoke to an assistant Mgr who told me they had a room for us. So we moved. The problem was it only had a doulble bed andit was me, my wife and our two adult daughjters. To which I was told by the front desk person, at least the heater works. "Just a place to sleep"

Had to switch room 3 times: 1st room sheets were stained, 2nd room smelled of smoke. Black mold in the bathroom. Stained counters, dirty sheets, terrible location. The room I had was more for long term guests, I believe. There was a kitchenette with some pots and pans. However, no drinking glasses, no shampoo. Bed was good, and the room was quiet. Very comfortable and very affordable. A little difficult to find, but once you do, it's easy to re-find. They clean the room once a week for those who stay more than 7 days but otherwise it is optional for a fee. I did not feel the need for any cleaning during our 2 night stay. Staff on hand was the least reliable I have ever dealt with. The front desk clerk would rather argue with me than answer my questions over the phone. Yhen he proceeded to give me completely wrong directions to the hotel (he told me north west when the location is north east). When I asked yo speak to a manager I was refused. I also had problems with […] another guest calling my room at all hours of the night and even knocking on my door trying to seduce my girlfriend, and when I tried to get staff to handle it in some way I was told there was nothing they could do, not even a room change. I had trouble connecting to the wifi and the "tech support" number they gave me didn't work for long. Fixed the problem for a few hours and then I was booted off after the support line closed.
