"Parking"
I eat at Ruth Chris Steak House for the 1st time amd my steak was over cooked. The hotel was over all nick but parking for hotel guest was lacking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We had a room on top floor with fantastic view. The pool and gym were great. The evening reception and morning breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. The convenience to the VBC Arena was amazing. We were able to walk through the hotel to get to the Arena. The check in wait was absolutely ridiculous. We had to stand in line for at least 15 minutes before we were told that our room was not yet ready. Hotel was very nice and clean. However, don't plan on getting into your room when you arrive. We arrived at 3:30 and could not get checked in until 6:05. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in (hockey event and concert going on) The staff was rude and could not give a reason for the rooms not being ready. Super nice place, had to pay for parking- not cool- if you drank the bottles of water in the room $3 each!!! other than that pretty good.
