The front desk gentleman (can't remember his name) was great! Even called to my room as soon as I checked in and wanted to know if the room was satisfactory! Excellent customer service! We had a problem with the air not getting cool enough in our room...they moved us immediately...and we slept in comfort! They are very affordable...comparable to a motel-6, but nicer! The beds were pretty nice for the price, and our room was CLEAN. They have a pet policy and allow pets...but I did NOT see any other signs […] of people staying previously with pets...no hair, no itchy feeling, no spots on the floor. The stairwell was a little dirty...not too bad...but then again, I had two giant dogs with me! A+ for a surprising price! Comparable to a Holiday Inn Express...only cheaper. "Very, very satisfied."
Each member of the hotel staff was very kind and courteous. Our room had been mixed up with Expedia so they only had a "Smoking" room. We took it, but honestly could not tell the difference. There was not a bit of smoke smell, no cigarette burns, and no ashes. The room was spotless and well organized. The hotel is within 3 minutes or less of a number […] of eateries (ex - TGI Friday, Olive Garden, Chili's), fast food, (Krystals, Arbys, McDonalds), shoppping (Best Buy, Super Target, Madison Square Mall, etc), and is located very close to the interstate.
