Waited for 30 minutes to check in. Very disappointing. Only to be topped off with the room not being ready at 3pm. We didn't get into our unit until 5:30pm. "Ok after a rocky start"
Initially they had my reservation as a time share stay or extended stay so didn't get my room cleaned the first 2 days. After about 3 phones call they got it straightened out but shouldn't have taken any. Otherwise a nice quiet hotel with a nice pool area.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Noisy"
Not only do you get to hear your neighbors slamming their front door (your share an entryway with one other room) you get to hear it again in the morning with housekeeping. It is nice that there is coffee in the room but do not expect the amenities such as snacks, water, etc. available for purchase. And the rooms are slightly out of date.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Check Out - A New Revenue Stream"
Having stayed at Desert Springs on numerous occasions over many years, I was disappointed to have discovered the new rigid and expensive check out policies of the property! Checkout is early - 10:00am - with a half an hour "grace period" - after which the management soaks you with HUGE fees for very short extensions. We stayed in low season, the property […] was clearly not fully booked, but we had to scramble to vacate lest we get hammered with these extension fees.
