"A little disappointed"
When I got to the hotel I had to park in the bowling alley parking lot because the hotel parking was closed off. When I checked in, I was informed that I can park in the hotel parking lot and to let the security know I was staying there. The bathroom was small and cramped and the a.c. didn't work the first night , but luckily we were able to fix it […] on the second night. I have stayed at a couple holiday expresses and this was the worst. Rooms are very small and our room did not get cleaned between our stay when we left for the day. The hotel staff was rude when I brought up this point to them. Will never stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I don't believe we've ever stayed in an Holiday Inn Express. We were impressed with the room and the facility in general... over exceeded my expectations.
