Booked a non-smoking room, but we were put in a smoking room - cigarette burn holes in the blanket and bedspread. The lock was coming out of the wall (where it was screwed in). No ice bucket in the room, and they said they didn't have any, so we had to put ice in a trash bag. Very disappointing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stay elsewhere if possible"
Was not allowed to check in before 3 p.m. (got there at 2:15 and not allowed to check-in) staff seemed annoyed to have to check us in. Continental breakfast was horrible, everything was stale and not edible. Room was adequate.
