"So so"
The room had an odor which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. It was likely because the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work and it created a mold smell in the room. We informed the staff about the problem but we were not offered any alternatives. Other than that everything was a typical hotel stay. Breakfast was good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very disappointing stay!"
We booked a king size bed in a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, we received two queen beds in what appeared to be a former smoking room. It appears that they were booked up and ran out of non-smoking rooms and decided to put a "No Smoking" sign in our room to make it appear that it was one. However, the smell of stale smoke was in the curtains, the […] beds, the carpets - and the hallways smelled like carpet powder was thrown down and vacuumed to give the illusion of a non-smoking area.
