"Was close to the airport."
One word Dump! The constint LOUD traffic right out side of our window was an all night sleepless night! The manttenance of the motel was poor.No securtiy lock on the back enterance door. Family owned and they are way over their heads! DIY maintenance was awful (wires taped together by headboard; terrible job in bathroom). Security lock on outside access door missing/broken. Torn sheets with burn holes; hand print smudges all over the bathroom door; shower walls not wiped down. AND they came in and started putting away the breakfast […] early while I was getting it! ALSO ckout is 11am and at 11:02 when I was about to pick up my bags to leave a man that did not spk English was knocking on my door. Also very noisy folks upstairs late (aft midnight) that spoke the same language as the owners so I assumed it was their suite. "You get what you pay for"
We did not even shower while staying at the hotel. We thought it better to just wait until we got home. That is how disgusting the bathroom was. Mold and all. The room smelled like an old basement. "Disgusting Bathroom"
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The shower walls were moldy and black, There were leaks throughout the hotel. The carpets were nasty and loose. The odor of the hotel would suggest that it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. They had a free breakfast. We didn't bother trying it. This hotel was so rundown "renovations" that the shelves were falling off the wall. Paint peeling, carpet torn up, filthy. I understand it was cheap, but even motel 6 is clean. After booking employees here for a 3 night stay. I received pictures from them of how bad the place was. In their room there was a light fixture with water and mold damage all the way down the wall. "HORRIBLE ROOM AND FRONT DESK ATTENDANT"
DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the only room available during a busy Memorial Day weekend. All that was available was the smoking room. So yes, we knew it would probably smell a little smokey. This was a smell that made us nausious. Once inside we tried to air out the room, but the screen was torn out. The room was very dirty, the carpet was coming undone, […] dust balls along the wall. And NO smoke detector. The security door to the building was also broken. There aren't enough words to describe the level of rudeness we experienced at the front desk. And this was before we even complained about the room. She had an attitude of wanting to be anywhere but there and could care less about helping customers! When we asked for her name, it took three times to get it. She knew we would complain about her. All we were able to get was her last name, Patel. We ended up going down the street to America's Best Value. They were also booked but called all around town to try to find a room for us. "Very Bad Experience"
Our flight was delayed because of bad weather and when I tried to change our reservation to a different date or get a refund this hotel refused to help us out in anyway. At first they kept saying call back when a manager is on duty, but after getting the run around for 3 days they finally said sorry we can't do anything for you. "Terrible hotel - very dirty for dirt cheap"
This hotel was not in great condition. There was a sign that said it was under renovation but it was a bit ridiculous. The hotel itself smelled a bit funny. The room was dirty as well. The windows were filthy - we were able to write in them. The curtain was barely holding up. There was gum under the chairs that had never been scraped off and there were […] dirty hand prints on the doors. The shower and tub were skummy and there was mold on the shower curtain. We were only there for one night so I chose not to shower as I didn't have flip flops and I felt like we needed it. Also, the phone was clearly broken and at some point, someone had spilled a sugary drink on it. We informed the front desk when we checked out and were told that we would have had to put a deposit on it in order to use it. I'm sure glad we didn't.
