We got a nice little suite here, very well laid out and pretty roomy. It actually had a big enough counter top in the kitchen area to prepare some food.... The wireless connection actually seemed to be fast enough to get around the web without issue. We never saw the staff apart from the 2 minutes it took to check in - everything seemed to be clean and done, but we never saw anyone.
