"Good Place to Stay"
The service and staff are great. The rooms are nice and they are clean. It is conveniently close to the Ontario airport. The price is very good for what you get, here, overall. This hotel has one computer for guests to use, but they want thirty cents, per minute, to use it. The breakfast had only high fat/high calorie foods. We enjoyed staying at this Ramada Inn due to it's airport location and cost of the room. Although it is right next to the freeway the sounds never reached the rooms. "The Nothing Worked Room"
One problem - Room 213 was the "nothing works room." TV in seperate sitting room did not work & was not even plugged in. When plugged in, no Remote for it and nothing worked manually, as well. Both lamps by the bedside did not work, though had bulbs in them. Maybe just needed changing, but someone should check. Just annoying, but not a MAJOR issue […] was the fact that we arrived around 7:30 pm and no one in sight in the Lobby. Stood around for a while, knocked on the door a couple times - no one came out. Finally got out my cell, called the front desk number off the business card, phone on the other side of the desk rang and Miss Front Desk came out from behind the door to answere the phone. My husband, son and I stayed for 2 nights at the Ramada and were impressed with the friendly staff. When we checked in, we were informed that we received a free suite upgrade. This is an older hotel. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The room is split into a bedroom area and a lounge/office area. The office area has a dresser, desk and sofa but no TV (??). The only phone is on the desk. The bedroom also has a dresser and a very old, antique tv with a really bad picture. but then again, i did not stay here to watch […] TV. The bed is firm and has 4 pillows of different firmness. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom is small but the shower is more than adequate. the sink area is in the hallway between the two rooms. i did not sample the free breakfast due to an early appointment but they did let me in for coffee at 5am as i departed for my flight out. "Good for the money"

Since it was not too crowded, they upgraded me to a suite and the room was excellent! Even though it was raining, the jacuzzi was wonderful after a very busy day! The Travel Lodge I was staying at in Pasadena had their swimming pool/jacuzzi shutdown 2 out of the 3 days I was there! That's the only reason I booked my stay... to soak in the jacuzzi!
