My stay at this hotel was good. I have one concern though. I made my reservation online using the Hotel.com app on my smartphone. Once I arrived, I was... told by the young lady at the desk, that in order to stay there I had to live at least fifty miles outside of the area of Camp Springs, MD. Which I do not. I told the young lady that I made my reservation online & I was unaware of that. She said that was ok & she would make an exception. She was very professional the whole time. Chris at front dest and his associate were very attentive at check-in, making sure moving my luggage in was not a problem. Room was clean. Effort has been made to keep this older hotel in good condition. A few minor issues with the bath sink and shower curtain bar arose during my short stay. 行事（Navy Marathon？）のためか予約が難しい日だったのとWashington DC中心部のホテルは高いので、地下鉄を利用した郊外に宿を取った。実際はGreen Lineの端のBranch Ave.駅からバスK12に乗るほどの距離があった（歩けないことはない）。そこそこの距離にファストフードやリカーショップはあるが食料を調達できるショッピングセンターはない。部屋はスタンダードでコンチネンタルブレックファーストは充実している。Wi-Fiは無料（自動接続）。安く泊まりたい向きには選択肢になり得る。
