I loved it. It was close to shopping and food places. Close to Six Flags and of course Walmart. The customer service was through the roof - excellent. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Myself and the kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. And to top it off it was reasonably priced.

Over all we were happy with our stay. Unfortunately, we requested at the time of booking for two rooms side by side or across the hall and were told this would be no problem. This was not the case when we arrived, and the hotel desk staff was unwilling to accomodate this request. I found that is ws a good hotel for the value. Nothing too fancy. The small indoor pool and hot tub were a nice for my kids to burn some energy off after traveling. The breakfast was probably one of the best in the category of hotel.

We picked this hotel since it was outside the bustle of downtown during DragonCon. It was simple, clean and comfortable, and the service was good! The hotel was a bit hard to find - the area isn't lighted well and there is not very good signage, but once we got there it was fine!

I had a group of 7 teens and 4 adults stay over night for a Six Flags trip and we had a great time at Springhill! The rooms were very clean and plenty of room as well. I will definitely be staying here again if I make another over night trip to Six Flags. Also the continental breakfast was above avg.

I liked this hotel for the fact that we had a large group and not many hotels offer a large enough space. I also like the separate living quarters, with a fridge and microwave. It, overall, was ok experience. We basically just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night. The family enjoyed the indoor pool.

Comfortable. Would have liked to have had room freshened every day and clean towels every day. Breakfast lacked fruit and did not always have enough cups for coffee and juice. Juice ran out every morning. Difficult to see sign because of trees and shrubs. Had to turn around and come back to find the right drive.

Unfortunately, the room was quite filthy. We walked in and saw sunflower seeds, m&ms , cereal, and a dirty towel on the floor. The beds were made and the bathrooms did appear to be clean. Our room was quiet, super clean, the staff was nice. Breakfast was very good, the pool area was outstanding (nice that it was indoor, also, as it rained several days during our stay), and we especially enjoyed being able to utilize the sundry shop located in the lobby for a snack one evening. The hotel room was really nice and clean. One of the minor things was that the small sample conditioner seemed to have been used already and wasn't replaced. The morning staff was nice and friendly. The person who worked the desk at night paid attention more to the tv while we were waiting at the desk for two minutes in plain sight. It wasn't that big […] of a deal to us though. My family and I often stay at the Fairfield Inn Suites which is also a Marriott run property, so when we booked at the Springhill Suites we were expecting something similar. It was quite the disappointment. The bed was springy and uncomfortable. I woke up with incredible back pain. The "suite" was cramped and small for four people. The pull out sofa […] mattress in the first room they put us had blood and other misc stains. So they switched our room, and the second room was cleaner. Even the breakfast was bad. The waffle tasted terrible, maybe the batter had soured. Ultimately we learned our lesson, and will never be staying at a Springhill suites again. It's like a dressed up subpar hotel. Excellent experience. Entire staff worked extremely hard to satisfy all of our needs. With family living in the Atlanta area, this location was convenient and will stay with them in our future travels to the Atlanta area.
