We honeymooned in Chicago but didn't want the price of staying in something downtown. The staff was friendly and the shuttle service to the Blue Line... at Forest Park was almost always timely. The AC in our room was pretty loud and the rooms weren't as soundproofed as what would have been nice. Great hotel for the money!! Close to everything. Nice comfy beds with lots of pillows. Husband liked the shower head and everything was really clean.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. The shuttle took us straight to the train station and said they would pick us up whenever we got done. When we did call to be picked up around one in the morning, both shuttles were out and we had to take a cab.
