"not again"
We will not be staying at this hotel again. The check in lady was friendly, but the manager assisting her was rude to her - that was my first idea that this wasn't a very nice hotel. Our room key didn't work, so we had to go change rooms. Then our alarm clock and microwave didn't work, and our toilet leaked. The wifi password in their greeting book […] didn't work, so I had to go get an updated one. Biggest complaint of all: The bedding had some sort of hair all over in it. It looked like someone threw in a bunch of hair clippings when they washed our bedding. GROSS! The breakfast was hardly that - a few unhealthy quick choices, and that was it. "Definitely low end"
It began with some confusion on hte clerks part over our reservation through Hotels.com. They finally got us into a room - the only one left that would accomodate a small pet, which was why we booked this hotel in hte first place. When we entered the room, our hearts sank. The bedspread was full of holes and threadbare. The TV picture was only in green. […] The door had been kicked in at some point, and poorly repaired. This was the first time we experienced a Super 8 Motel. We checked in quite late and left early the next morning after breakfast. The room was OK but didn't feel that clean (it probably was though).
