Our stay was great .. we will stay there again when we come to town . The employees were very kind and welcoming.. Room was clean had every thing we wanted in it. I was just there over night and room was perfectly fine. Great bed! Once I got A/C set right no problems. Pool area was nice, lobby area nice and the folks were very nice. "Tips for staying at this hotel"
reviews kept mentioning heat and air do not work. Part of the problem is that when you check in there is a board on wall in lobby with switches on it. That is the heat and air control switch, If clerk forgets to switch on when you register ( as ours did) your room controls will not work. I have never seen this before but I suggested they put a sign […] on units in room so people will know if unit does not work to go to office. Our refrig did not work, and the light between the beds for reading had a short in the plug so my guest could not read. Otherwise rooms were updated, bedding was very nice. "Halfway to Huntsville"
It's NOT on Exit 530!!! Not a terrible place, but it was only as good as the price indicates - no real bargain here. We didn't have any trouble arriving late (1 AM!), and the little breakfast was OK.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Room was clean but it was advertised as a non smoking room but by the smell it was obvious someone did not honor that, and the smoke detector was pulled loose from the ceiling, but other than that it served its purpose and was easy access on and off the freeway/Genuine Hotels.com guest review
