"Horrible Check In Experience"
The check in process was horrible and left us standing in the lobby for over an hour to straighten out. Very disappointing after a 4 hour drive. Especially since this was business travel and the company has used this facility before and spent thousands of dollars. I would not recommend using this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fairfield Marriot-Livonia"
We only had one complaint -- the buffet breakfast hours are rather early. They are done by 10:00am on Sunday and 9:00 am all the other days a thirty minutes to an hour longer would accommodate people like us that live an afternoon shift schedule. every thing else at the hotel was excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
