The lobby could use some updating. All the floors were dirty around the baseboards. Saw mold in the shower. Other than that, the room and bed were comfortable. Loved the free breakfast.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is small and chilly, but had a hot tub to warm up. The beds were rather hard, but decent pillows. We had a small problem checking in because my name was on the reservation and I didnt have picture ID. So, the hotel had me call Hotels.com and add my husbands name. Hotel was clean and nice. However, the site said free parking they didn't say for only 30 of their guests and it also said there would be a fridge in the room which apparently was only in some rooms not all rooms. The man at the front desk was rude when I asked about parking.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was very clean and quiet while we were there. Our room smelled somewhat like old smoke. The outside traffic was also very noisy. We weren't told that there would be an additional $15 per night parking fee. I felt we should have been advised of that by Expedia.

lack of parking was very inconvenient (approximately 30 spaces available for a five floor hotel). unable to close window treatments- bright light shining in all night making difficult to sleep. room was clean. staff at breakfast bar was somewhat rude.

Nice room, very clean; very friendly front desk staff; great experience over all. The only reason I rated "comfort of the room" a 4 instead of a 5 is because there was no refrigerator in the room; would have been nice to have a refrigerator. Otherwise, the comfort, including the bed, was excellent.

The hotel was very nice and its location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be downtown as it is in walking distance of many places. The free breakfast was good, but I did need to pay a little more for parking than I anticipated.

This hotel was not connected to the skyway which didn't matter since our weather was fine. We were really close to our event at the convention center. For travel with children, it was great for the price and the FREE breakfast, swimming pool and jaccuzzi! Only a few blocks further from downtown than other hotels we looked at, and offered us just as many amenities, if not more, than we would have gotten elsewhere. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk person was great and the breakfast in the morning had many selections and was very good. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The pool was small and 5' deep which was fine. The pool area was rather slippry though and the whirlpool bubbler would not work. Overall though I really liked the area and I would stay there again.

One night stay to attend a concert at Orchestra Hall then flying out of MSP the next day. 1 block walk and close parking to the concert. Several close bars and reaturaunts. Friendly staff and great continental breakfast bar!

I would like to express my feeling on parking, I was not told in advance that parking was a first come first serve basics. I had to pay an additional $34.00 in parking, We had a church funtion and went back and forth and I feel like this should have been mentioned to me especially that i was coming from out of town. This was an inconvience to me.
