Very nice place to stay! Everything was very clean, extremely nice staff, the room was big and spacious, loved how they had Starbucks coffee! The snack... area had a wide variety. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was surprising because we arrived late, but the waiting area was comfortable and the staff alerted us as soon as it was ready. I requested a king size bed for my husband and I, but we received 2 queens. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I booked two adjoining rooms. They were non-refundable. So to my surprised, I arrived to check in and my rooms weren't even on the same floor. There were male soccer teams, male racing teams, and well as many male guests roaming around. I had female children that I didn't want to leave in that surrounding. I finally was given two rooms on same floor, […] dead center to the soccer team. If I had not consented to this I would have been out hundreds of dollars. Don't book adjoining rooms with the expectation of getting them. We were also approached in the parking lot by a man wanting money with the admittance gate that was not working. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Houston Medical Center. The facility is conveniently located, has top notch quality and service and the underground parking was an added bonus (especially in this summer heat).
