"Hotel Great....employee treatment very belittling"
I had an early Christmas gift to watch my favorite NFL team play in Houston, Tx. This hotel is located in a great place,my stay was pleasant and comfortable. However the next day before the game,my wife and I were treated by parking lot employees. As though we con artist looking to get over. Before I could ask question of parking fees if I planned to […] book another night. I was interupted by as titled "employee" about having to give him $20. Then upon going out for breakfast with my wife and returning. I watched other people park on the side of the hotel and simply walk off. Yet my wife and I watched as that same "employee". Constantly watched us, as we walked from across the street. Come back on to the parking lot and return into the building. Then in what was going to be our extending our stay. We decided other wise when being watched from outside. Therefore in essence feeling bullied into paying for a parking spot we were already parked in. Again the location and enviornment was perfect,yet employees ruined the experience. Even the most beautiful person can become the most ugly because of their attitude.
