Amazing cutomer service. We really tested their free shuttle service to/from the airport, as there was 10 of us in our party and their shuttle was a mini-van. They had to make two trips each time (before/after our stay and when we decided to go downtown to catch the bus at the airport) Even though they were very close to the airport it was such a pain […] to load all of our luggage and people. They accomadated us with a smile, even when we had a 6 am flight and asked for a 3:30am shuttle! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the pool was acceptable. The only negative if I had to find one is that the hotel propery is very small. The lobby does not have much room to eat breakfast if you have a large party, but that being said, the customer service along with value, I would stay here again if flying into Hobby airport. Though small and in a not-so-nice neighborhood, this is one of the best Days Inns that I've stayed in. The room was spacious and clean and had nice amenities. We stayed one night in this hotel prior to catching our cruise out of Galveston the next day. Our room had a King bed and full bed which was great for our family, as opposed to other hotels that offer only 2 doubles or maybe a King with a sofa bed. The breakfast was your standard "hot" continental breakfast with waffles, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs which were all very good. The hotel staff kept the breakfast area very clean and fresh throughout the morning and were helpful with manning the waffle station. The swimming pool is small and the "hot" tub was not hot at all but it was still early in the season for outdoor pools so they might not have been heating it yet.
