"Listen carefully"
This hotel is great for an overnight stay if you fly into town. If you're driving please be aware that the parking lot is very tiny! It's one way in, one way out making it very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Also the parking slots are made for economy size cars or smaller. The staff is down to only one person at night. If you arrive […] late you may take the chance of missing the front desk clerk because he/she could be on an airport run. This in-turn means you will be locked out and made to wait outside until they return! Not the best neighborhood to be waiting outside at night! "An OK hotel"
The hotel shuttle was very accommodating to pick us up at the airport and take us back the next morning to meet the cruise ship shuttle. I wasn't fond of the hotel location due to lack of convenient stores and restaurants in the area. Found a mexican restaurant that was one of the best I've ever eaten at. "Days Inn and Suites Hobby"
Hotel was at a convenient distance from the airport. Hot breakfast was pretty good. The have this waffle maker which made fresh waffles. The office has a 10"x10" digital frame with annoying instrumental music and it was on a loop. And, it's not fun to hear it continuously while having breakfast since the breakfast area is inside the office lobby. Hope […] they can turn the music off, please. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was kind to mail me back my cell phone that I forgot in the room. I would recommend the room, and good luck with the music (the only negative we found during our 3+ days stay. "Not a bad hotel, but.."
The room was great, very clean, very comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean. The waffles were delicious and so was the coffee. The only issue the wife wasnt really happy about is across the street there is a strip club with the loud music and bright lights.
