"Good Hotel for the Price"
Not bad for a one night stay, my airconditioner had a little bit of noise which i did not like. And the hotel had some type of Chemical smell, may not be a big issue.. maybe im just sensitive.... "strange hotel policy at the check in"
This is happen to me for the first time in 25 years for business travel. The room has been prepayed and the front desk clerk ask me for driver license and credit card not to do incidental card verification but to make a photo copy of them. "Not for the buisness traveler"
This hotel is definately on the low end of any Best Western I have ever stayed at. There is definately no attention to detail or pride in the appearance of this hotel by the owners. While the staff was pleasant, the room was not. The room, along with the hallway had a musty/cigarette/covered up by air freshener. The air conditioner smells as though […] the coils have not been cleaned in a long time and may have caused my cold. The carpets are worn and again I can't say they have been cleaned recently. The tv is still an old CRT with about 12-15 channels. The surrounding area is fairly low end as well, I would not recommend walking around the hotel at night. The WORST part of this place has to be the internet connection however. The wireless runs around dial-up speed and is constantly cutting out. "Is shampoo too much to expect?"
Front desk staff was courteous, however the room lacked shampoo. I left a note for the cleaning staff & it was supplied the next day, but should I really have to ask for a basic item? The fridge was too cold & my beer was frozen overnight. I guess warm beer would have been worse but I couldn't find any adjustment. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange tho. The tub/shower area had no place to put soap/shampoo. "Good value for the money"
We reserved this hotel for one night because we needed to be close to the Venezuelan consulate. This hotel was about 1 mile away and that was perfect. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The air conditioning in the room made it extremely cold, even when we lowered it to medium, but we were so tired, we slept very well anyway.
