The morning of my business meeting I needed to iron my shirt. The did not have an iron nor a standard ironing board. I called to the front desk where... they told me that they have an iron but not the board. Perplexed with the prospect of having to press my shirt without a board I proceeded to get the iron. The lady give the iron and a towel to use. While in my room I decided to call back the front desk to clarify that for a facility of this size, that how is it possible not to have a board to use? She then said that another customer was using the board and that she would inquire if they were finished. The truth finally. She called me back momentarily and said that she has it. To my surprise again it was a mini ironing board. And I thought "how cheep can you get?" Needless to say another disappointment. by a Hotels.com guest on 03/04/13
