The rooms are surprisingly very roomy which made me feel very comfortable for all three nights. For such a great price, you get a microwave and fridge and a very clean room. They even stock the room with complimentary snacks (pringles, dip, etc.). I had booked the hotel over the phone with hotels.com. it was right before midnight and I had specifically mentioned I need it for the same night. when we arrived we were first told by agent Jesus that check in is at 2:00 PM the following day. once we explained Jesus we have booked it several minutes ago and we need it for the same night - he had changed […] the record and welcomed us at no extra charge. very worn hospitality and helpful. It was a typical motel stay, but I didn't like not being able to take my breakfast to my room. Also, I didn't like how the breakfast area was not monitored for keeping the food bar replenished or seeing to it that the guests were presentable to the public. The toilet had yellow stains in it, the bathtub was dirty, the linen had pee spots on it, some of the lights in the room didn't work, the drawers were hanging off, and when the toilet overflowed and toilet water was all over the place, they wouldn't let me change my room. The first room we were sent to had a dead cockroach in it so we were switched to another room that was very stinky. When we approached the staff to tell them about the cockroach, she got on the phone and began to tal Spanish on the telephone laughing. I thought that was very disrespectful. The airport is listed as "IAH" airport, but it really can't be qualified as such. I only booked the hotel because they said they had a hotel shuttle, which was true. But, if you have a 6 am flight, they won't get you there, which means a $40 taxi ride. Plus, the night before, I dropped off the rental car and hoped to get a ride back to the hotel. The room itself was great. I loved that it had a separate little living room area. For some reason the room smelled a bit of fish. I have no idea why, though previous guests may have cooked fish in the microwave. The breakfast in the morning was better than I'd hoped, with a range of fruits, cereals, pastries, bagels, etc.
