The 281 guestrooms at the 14-story Sheraton Suites Houston Galleria include spacious suites with separate bedrooms and sitting areas divided by sliding French doors. Bedrooms feature plush bedding and pillowtop mattresses with triple sheeting, fleece blankets, goose-down pillow and duvets. Wet bars and refrigerators are available in sitting areas. Select guestrooms include coffee tables, couches and leather seating. All accommodations are equipped with televisions and complimentary wireless Internet access. Private bathrooms include cultured marble sinks and vanities and designer toiletries.

"Traffic"
I really did not enjoy Saturday of my stay I could not get back to the hotel because of the police blocking several exits. So it was like a waste of money. I was stuck in traffic for 4 hours.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"GD choice"

"I expected more"
The room was a lot smaller than I hoped for. Neither of the two tvs worked and the bathroom was not lit very well. "Sheraton Suites Galleria Needs Renovations"
Although the hotel is convenient to the Galleria, this hotel is in dire need of a makeover. It appears that they have spent some money on the lobby recently, but the rooms haven't been been updated in at least 10 years. The sleeper sofa in the living area of the room I stayed (812) was in total disrepair, and it was impossible to sit comfortably. Upon arrival i felt a lack of assistance from the front desk. I was carried to heavy bags...no luggage...however they did not ask to assist me carry my belongings. A while after i asked front desk if there was a microwave anywhere because i thought the rooms had microwaves in them. they told me there are no microwaves anywhere and that was that. they […] were not even apologetic and did not try to solve my problem.
