Room was nice - 2 queen beds instead of 2 double beds usually at most places, was very nice for family of 4. Breakfast attendant was outstanding! The hotel was great. We could even have a "family gathering" in the 'dining room' which we appreciated so much. The big disappointment was that we did not get the room I thought we had reserved. I had asked for a room with a sofa bed. We needed it for the 5 people we had staying in the room. When we asked about it at the desk, we were told, "that's […] not what we have reserved for you" and nothing was done to check things out more or to give us a room that had a sofa bed in it... "not the best hotel"
the bath tub faucet dripped water when off..there was a strange smell in the room..the air conditioner did not keep the room cold..found a spider in the bed. the hotel clerk was rude on the phone and not friendly at check inGenuine Expedia guest review
