My room was disgusting. Other people's hair all over beds. Dirty pillow cases. Smelly bathroom. Leaking walls. I really thought I might get sick due to how unclean it was. "Very close to galleria but such a nightmare"
I booked this hotel for one night in a double bed room well night time came I went to sleep and woke up to a little bug crawling away from me I didn't know exactly what it was but I looked and had bites all over my body so I googled bed bugs and that was it! So I went down to the lobby to let them know and the manager some dirty blonde girl said they […] didn't have any bed bug problems so I should go to the doctor because I must've got that outside somewhere.
