We were happy with our stay in the Westin Galleria; the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was well taken care of. The only problem I have is... the person I made the reseveration with told me valet parking was a part of the price and therefore would not cost extra. However, when we left we were charged for 2 nights of the parking garage. Is this just playing with the wording? So instead of being charged for valet parking, I'm charged for the parking garage. Seems like the same thing to me so I was not happy about the extra charge and therefore will not recommend the hotel nor come back. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 28, 2011
