"Map is not correct"
Hotel was fine - staff at the food bar was rude. The main issue was the map for the location of the hotel is wrong - it is not right by the Galleria as shown - it is about 10 minutes west on Westheimer. Confusing and a little hard to find.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel is convenient and very adequate for anyone needing to be in several areas of Houston. It is close to the Sam Houston Tollway. When booking online, I chose the option that said "Stay for breakfast - breakfast for two". When we arrived, the receptionist told us that our booking does not include breakfast, but when we showed him the printout he changed it.
