We were told that there was a shuttle all the time day or night. When we arrive it was 12:49am and when we called for the shuttle we were told NO Shttle until 5:30am. Then told we would have to take a taxi. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Speedy check in, pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle arrived with in 10mins of ringing, free wifi and good connection and speed. Breakfast complimentary and comparable for the price I paid. There are eating place's ie Pizza buffet, Chinese, Burger place and convenience within a 5min walk. "Air Conditioning"
The air condition was too noisy and the auto on/off didn't work. The air condition in the 3rd floor hallway wasn't cooling.
