When I first arrived at the hotel, the sink was broken but they moved me to a new room right away. Also, the fire alarm when off at 4am which was a false alarm, and that was terrible but I guess those things happen. The room was okay but the toilet got stopped up. The whole floor had some problems though. It was resolved quickly.The room was really small but the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to Seniors is be sure and get a room as close to the elevators as possible. It's a long walk from the elevators(2) which are located not far from the lobby to many of the rooms unless you are on the first floor which has an entry to the hallway from the parking area.
