"Nice Hotel wonderful breakfast"
The hotel is clean and has a wonderful breakfast. However i do feel that that hotel was priced a bit higher than there comparables problably due to the hot breakfast buffet. I only really needed sevice from the staff one time after checking it and that was toothpaste and it was up with in minutes less than five. I only have really two things that could […] be a complaint is that this is texas its hot and there needs to be alot more shade at the pool. "surprise construction... customer svc needs work"
When I stayed this past week, they were doing active construction on half the parking lot, the whole first floor, and the lobby area. I feel like this detail should have been disclosed when booking via hotels.com, esp given the price point... As i was staying just one night to be closer to the med center area for an interview, noise level is important. […] I inquired abt the med center shuttle when checking in & instead of having a conversation with me about it, the gent behind the counter handed me a yellow slip of paper that "had everything I needed to know." *insert silence here* I guess questions abt said shuttle svc are unwelcome. Before I left that morn for the interview, I requested late checkout & was granted it, but returned before the newly requested time to find myself locked out of the room. Breakfast was free & plentiful, a plus. in comparison to another hampton inn in another part of town (we stayed there also on the earlier leg of the same trip), this one is mediocre. I chose this hotel for the price,not the location.The location is not the best.You have to drive about 2 miles for something to eat.The front desk rep was not friendly at all.Her customer service skills need work.I couldn't eat the continental breakfast because all the tables were full.The elevators are so old,they scared me! "Its an OK hotel"
A little pricey for what you get. Room had a smokey smell to it even though I requested no smoking but it was otherwise clean. Nice fitness center. Convenient to the medical centers. "convenient location"

Mal servicio en el front desk y su manager M. Gangriosso, les reporte la TV del living room tres veces y nadie me atendio, el gerente me llamo la sigte manana y ya no volvio a llamar. A quienes atienden ahi no les importa el huesped, Les vale un comino que necesites algo.
