"Outstanding Staff"

"Make a reservation otherwise get the cold shoulder"
Found the place on hotels.com. Arrived without a reservation and they refused to even talk to us without a prior reservation. They didn't even offer to make a reservation for us at that point. Made a reservation on hotels.com in front of them in the lobby, and then they changed their tone immediately to be more friendly/helpful. Afterwards they were […] far more polite and helping. The room was comfortable and clean. Room had complementary Wi-Fi and was a good size. Typical Hyatt room style layout. The surrounding area was not so great as they were making renovations all over the place. The entrance/gate was broken and required you to take a side entrance on the service road to get into the hotel parking lot. "Beautiful hotel!!"
Beautiful hotel. Amazing suite. Movie channel wouldn't work, disappointing as it was our last night of an 8 day vacation and just wanted to stay in and watch a movie.
