    My wife and I since we meet had only stayed at the Omni Hotel. It's our hotel of choice. We love the koi fishes and as always the service. The valet... driver was funny and he made us laugh and we really needed it after the long drive. There was another customers who was truly rude to him (valet driver) and even though he notice it as well we did he was very professional. Koodos points to him. Wish stuck up rich people would notice were all here on this planet together equally.     Everyone was very friendly and hotel was comfortable. The only complaint we have is regarding the bar hours. The operating hours were not listed and after a long drive to our hotel all we really wanted was a glass of wine before we retired to our room. I'm not accustomed to a hotel bar closing before 11pm on a Friday evening.

    We loved our stay. The lobby is absolutely beautiful with the atrium including a huge water feature with fish and turtles. They let the kids feed the fish for free. Everyone was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    This was my first visit to this location and found it to be very well keep and loved the setup within the lobby area, very beautiful. Parking is kind of crazy because there was a banquit and or wedding going on.

    the front desk was freindly and helpful. The cleaning crew were also freindly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious, the rooms were comfy especially the pillows. Plenty of clean towels.

    easy check-in and very friendly staff. I asked if an upgrade was possible upon check-in and I wasn't sure till we walked in our room if the clerk had done so or not (didn't want to push the issue). When we walked in I couldn't believe how nice the clerk was to have upgraded us as if it were no problem at all - exceptional service and the room was amazing!!! […] There was some sort of kids soccer event going on and kids were everywhere and the clerk seemed to take that into consideration without us even saying anything and put us in a quiet corner of the hotel. I wish I could remember her name. This is our new weekend get-a-way spot for sure. Very close to shopping and restaurants great Houston location! Read more

    Not a bad thing to report about this hotel...the only confusing thing was the address states Katy Freeway, but did not list the exit as Eldridge...never having been to Houston, we found this a bit frustrating at 11:30 at night. otherwise our stay was a wonderful experience-breakfast buffet was exceptional!

    The hotel has koi ponds inside the lobby, which was different. Be sure to go ask the front desk for fish food so you can feed them. The beds were very comfortable although the bathroom needs to be updated. All the rooms were non-smoking but ours smelled like someone smoked in there.     It was fantastic. It was beautiful, in a business sort of way, which I like. But the best thing was how kid-friendly it was. Kids recieved fish food for the Koi pond, the manager brought popsickles out to the pool, and cookies and milk were delivered to the room that evening. It was pleasing for adults and the kids.
