It was a getaway for my special friend and I and the hotel room was quite beautiful. The hotel wasn't noisy and when the curtains didn't let in any extra light (that's important to someone who loves to sleep in). "Won't stay there again"
Everything was fine until 2nd night ; "party" next door started at 8pm. They tried several times to enter our room through the inner door. We called night manager at 1am and were told police would be up immediately; the officer never came and the party continued until after 3am. Day manager (next morning) told us that the police were "busy on another […] floor." She offered us a free night in the future and comped the valet parking. Everything was ok. The only frustrating thing was that when we got there I requested double beds and they were out? She said they would comp me with the parking charges. When I was about to leave they charged me anyways, and I had to have them remove them. That was frustrating, but the staff was nice and removed it.
