"Pretty good"

"swimming pool closed but not mentioned on the web"
The swimming pool was not cleaned and very dirty, closed. It was not mentioned on the website so we were really disappointed, that's not fair. The weather was great and the swimming pool should have been cleaned and open! Our room had a door with the room adajacent : too much noise!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

It took forever to check in. The hotels front desk looked terribly confused and it took a while for him to find the reservation. the process seemed to be a surprise for the hotel. This hotel is old and the room had bulging carpet. The refrigerator was barely cold. The coffe service in the room was tolerable . "Breakfast"
First two days breakfast was as expected.Third day had to ask for yoghurt, when made available staff member wanted to give one minitub between two!
