"Horrible"
Not what we expected at all when we arrived. Looks amazing from the outside. The inside was horrible. There was a tray of old food outside our room and it stayed there until we left. It was gross. We went to a football game at reliant stadium. We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to the stadium. The room was very small and cramped as was the bathroom. The ac barely worked and made a horrific racket. The beds were full size but the sheets didn't fit, they were too small. "Nice hotel, really convenient"

"Walk to Reliant stadium"
The best thing and only thing is this hotel is walking distance to Reliant stadium. Otherwise service is fair, if you sit in the bar before the game, they are understaffed causing slow service and the seating is not very accomediating. "Very dirty hotel"
The carpets were stained and dirty. The hallways and walls had a yellowish tint to them. It's in a questionable part of town and very close to highways. The bathroom had stains on the walls and the ceilings were very dirty and dingy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfortable stay"
The hotel is clean and the room was ok as far as comfort and cleanliness. Nothing especial but adequate for our one night stay without having made previous plans to stay. "Crowne Plaza - Great Location, need a lot of updat"
Walking distance from Reliant, which is why we chose this location. What we didn't expect was the room to smeel like someone spilled a buget of instecticide in there or a bed that felt like it was 200 years old.
