"Reasonable"
Got this because it was close to George Bush Park. However later found out that there wasn't any access to the park from that side. I hoped to go for a run in the mornings in the parks and was a bit let down. Hotel was clean and nice. The room was very clean and the desk was good for work. "Very nice;;; but"
Very nice hotel in the process of being remodeled. Nice outside pool and hot tub. Located on the access road of I-10 the brochures list a number of restaurants nearby. Asking the staff how to get to them led to misdirections. The next day I found maps at the front counter showing exactly how to get to many. The clerk was apparently unaware that the […] maps existed. "Overall a good experience"
Everything was pretty good. The breakfast was not much to write home about but most hotels don't really have a good breakfast. For being Houston, the air conditioner worked really good, the shower was good, and the bed was good enough to get to sleep. The only complaint that I have which is true in most hotels, is they don't think about putting outlets […] in the room for convenience. When travel with a laptop, phone, rechargeable test equipment, you need outlets. Even if i just had a cell phone to charge, there were no outlets close to the night stand that could be used to plug in the phone. "Nice Stay."
Location was just fine. But I do not like the curtains that do not cover the entire window space. Also, the toilet bowl was not cleaned so I was a little disappointed with that. "Great Stay"

Good location except for surrounding neighborhood. Car stereo, cooler, and loose change got stolen from my truck. According to front desk, no cameras on side or back of hotel. No security. Back side fence is in disrepair and backs up to apartment complex. Don't expect front desk to get you a cab either, they just hand you a slip of paper with cab phone […] numbers that are disconnected. "Needs some work"
First, the address listed won't help your GPS find it, and the front desk employee apparently doesn't understand the difference between north and south of I-10. Second, I had to get the front desk to unlock the pool area, even though it was supposed to be open acoording to the front desk and the sign. Only stayed one night, but was very nice, clean and comfortable, (slept great), quiet in the room, and staff was friendly and efficient. Was glad that they have a nightly security guard who drives the parking lot all night since we had a moving truck parked there. Breakfast was just ok - the traditional waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Disappointed […] they didn't have flavored oatmeal - only regular, and the milk tasted a little spoiled.
