We were there to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary. It was good. We found a roach crawling on the ceiling and had to kill it. When we checked in, I gave... the desk clerk my blue ticket for the parking which was about $17 and he kind of looked down on us and recommended the FREE parking. I told him no we are fine and would he please charge us. He kind of threw the blue ticket to the side and told us it was taken care of. Went to the room to change and then left for dinner. Our room key would not work to let us out from the parking lot or in when we returned. Had to get help to get them to open the parking arm. I told him about it the next day and due to the roach we found, he comped the parking. But even then he had an air about him that made it feel snobbish. I absolutely loved staying at the Omni. My only complaint is I requested a late check out for 2pm, and the cleaning lady and another lady kept knocking on the door before 2pm as if they didn't know. Other than that, it was a great experience and I plan on staying again.

The room service food was really hard. Waffles aren't supposed to be crunchy. The mini bar drinks were too expensive. I liked the seclusion of the hotel and didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa.

This is pretty much our go-to hotel when visiting Houston. The staff and service are unmatched and the rooms are very comfortable. You are also near 610 and Memorial Pkwy so you can easily get to where you are going. The complimentary parking garage is a bit of a walk away and is only partly covered so be prepared. Great getaway. Unfortunately definitely not worth the price we paid. To have a full hotel and only have one jacuzzi that seats two is unheard of. The bathroom in their supposed premier suite, I could have paid half the price got the same view, their bathrooms are low grade and need updating. If your going to have penury suites why not offer jetted tubs […] and if your going to have only one jacuzzi then offer whirpool tubs in the individual suites. Parking sucks, you pay all this money and still have to pay to park. Read more

Hotel was nice. Purchased a premiere king with a city view only to be placed on the 4th flr with a view of the black top of the parking garage!! Asked to be moved to a room with a better view and they did, however I had to downgrade to a deluxe and was not compensated for it. Felt that was unfair. Very nice pool area and workout room though.

When we checked in we had booked a deluxe kingbed room and they said because we booked through hotels.com there was no guarantee on the room and so they put us in a room with two double beds.Paid good money for the king room only to end up in a double bed!!!!!!!!!

Overall we had a great time at the Omni. We loved the pool, though the bartenders were not the greatest. We did have one major cleanliness issue within the room, but the manager did take care of the inconvenience it caused us. The hotel is beautiful, the area is wonderful. We will go back again.

The room and hotel itself were immaculate. The pol area wad extremely nice as well, just wish they had a nicer pool bar and more lounge chairs!

We had a great stay. Very nice hotel. The parking was confusing at first since. We decided to park in the comp. parking deck, but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. Our room didnt have a refridgerator for our personal drinks. Very clean. Nice lobby/bar area. Great Pool. Nice patios.

Had a fantastic time staying at the Omni Houston for my first wedding anniversary with my wife. Service was excellent and the property was very clean and well taken care of. Everything in the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing - we both slept very soundly. We ate breakfast at the Cafe on the Green restaurant area, […] and it was delicious. I had the best Belgian waffle I think I've ever eaten in my life, and my wife got a really tasty omelet. Despite how good the food was, it was definitely overpriced. I expected it to be high given that hotels try and gank you on everything these days, but wow. If you choose to eat at the hotel be prepared for a big tab. The location of the hotel is actually very convienent. It's a little off the beaten path, but that just makes getting in and out stress free because you aren't competing with massive Houston traffic. Just about every kind of shopping and restaurant experience you could ask for is within 10 minutes of the Hotel and no highway driving is required. The massive Galleria mall is literally 10 minutes from your room. My only other complaint would be the extra charge for parking. Unfortunately that seems to be the standard practice among big hotels in this economy. Read more

We have a great time at the Omni, we love spend time at the pool, also we enjoy a lot the food at Noe Restaurant n you dont have to look for a place to go later for fun bc they have they own nightclub the music was great, the people was very nice n you going to habe fun definetly.

The Omni is beautiful! The food was excellent, the rooms so comfortable and clean and the location perfect for having fun in the Galeria area! We enjoyed exercising, as we looked at the lovely grounds and pool area. It was truly a great weekend getaway for us!

We we're very pleased with our stay at the Omni Houston. The hotel was up to date, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotellocation was great, secluded yet a short drive to some of the best spots in Houston. Everything about our stay met or exceeded our expectations.
