"not worth the price"

"Plumbing issues"
My parents room was flooded through the bathroom. they seem to be having major plumbing issues in the hotel. The day before, the hot water was shut off. It is likely that the plumber called to fix the hot water caused the flood.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointing..."
For an established hotel, some very beginner errors are still being made...such as: the telephone was not wired to use the quick dial buttons..the mattress was in disrepair, etc...To be clear, had one of the best rooms, an Allergy-Free one and it was sub par...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overcharge"
after making resv the day b4, once I arrived to hotel I still had to wait about 25 mins for clerk to call and verify. then asked me for credit card, I gave him my debit card and he said it would hold $50.00. Later that day my bank showed it was holding $195.00. So I called hotel accounting, lady said " I see where it charged that amount but it was only […] supposed to charge 50".....that helped me in no way. now Im waiting for funds to be released back to me. my room was relaxing and clean, other than the overcharge.....hotel was great.
