This hotel is almost right across the street from the Johnson Space Center and just 5 miles from Kemah Boardwalk. We had a room with a water view, and it was great! The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was priced exactly right for its quality. The room was a great size and the only thing lacking was a nice big bathroom. The bathroom was standard with no bells or whistles and left me wanting something more. The service was superb. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. When I arrived I asked if I could get a room with a view of the lake. Without hesitation I was accommodated. Prior to my arrival I asked if a microwave could be put in my room. My dog has a special needs diet with requires that it be heated. The gentleman at the front desk called housekeeping […] to make sure it had been put in my room. When I got to the room, the microwave was there. The room was clean and roomy and the view was incredible. Also, there was a lot of open area with a lot of grass where I could walk my dog. Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. As my husband and I stayed in our room all day Saturday with the do not disturb sign on the outside (not even housekeeping knocked on the door). We will return. Great location. Kemah is close as is Galveston. Local restaurant, Tookies, was good for the kids, and Valdos had great seafood. Both were close to the hotel. Jet skis close too. "Awesome hotel but..."
Everything about ths hotel was great except.....our last night stay at 11 at night our walls were shaking and we could hear loud base music. We called the front desk and the lady that answered said "Oh you werent moved to another floor?" I responded "NO" she then proceeded to tell me they rented out a floor for a party and we were suppose to be moved. […] Really? Im a paying customer too!We had a 12 hour drive the next day and were up well past 12:30. She told me we would not be moved becasue it was too late. I got no apology nor compensation. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was great!!! Could not have asked for a better time on a short weekend getaway. Close to alot of attractions in the Houston area. The entire stay was perfect. Very very attentive staff from the time we checked in until we left. Woke up to the sunrise on the lake which was wonderful! The breakfast was great and so nice having breakfast looking out on the water. The location was easy to get to and located close to all the things we wanted to do.
