"Terrible match for my request"
Requested Galleria area of Houston, ended up 15 miles north in the middle of toll roads. Requested free internet and free parking. Hotel tried to charge me $11.95 per night internet until Hotels.com called them. Hot tub was pool temperature, seriously NO heat, this is not an exaggeration. "Not really an airport hotel..."
This was theoretically an airport hotel. It was not as close as we expected / hoped. We arrived late after a flight and wanted some food - the restaurant was closed and there was no room service. The shuttle to the airport only ran once an hour in the morning - meaning an extra early morning. A tiring start to our holiday...Genuine Expedia guest review

"disapointed!"
Very disappointed in the transfer from the airport to Hotel. They told us it would be an hour before they could pick us up. We told them this was unacceptable as. They finally after much prodding agreed to pay for a cab.Genuine Expedia guest review
