This hotel was very nice, quiet and we got alot of rest. There were alot of food places to eat at along the side of the freeway. It was a little hard... to get around and out due to the location being along side the freeway but it wasnt bad. I ate at Franks grill for breakfast and it was wonderful, the best breakfast ever and they were very friendly. The hotel staff was nice as well and the room was cleaned nicely. The bed was comfortable. It was a perfect stay by a Hotels.com guest on 08/19/11

My husband and I staied the weekend there for our anniversary. It was centrally located to everything we needed. They upgraded our room, brought us complementary milk and cookies in the middle of the night (which my husband loved). The upgrade came with drinks, breakfast buffet, afternoon snack, IT WAS WONDERFUL. Amanda was GREAT!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. Check in took only a few seconds, and at the time the receptionist actually apologized to me for the rude behavior of another guest--which was completely unnecessary as I understand they are not responsible for the behavior of other individuals. She immediately asked if we would like a quiet room "away from the […] freeway", which sounded lovely. The room was very clean, and had a great LCD television as well as a comfortable seating area. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were of good quality. The room was also, as promised very quiet. I was very happy with my stay at the Sheraton. I was a little scared about it, reading the reviews before we stayed there, but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't in a bad neighborhood as described in the previous reviews. I had an issue when I first got there, but it was handled very fast without any attitude from the manager. My only complaint is […] that the parking is very inconvinient. It is located in the back of the hotel and the elevators are located in the front, so I had to drag the luggage cart around the whole hotel just to get to the elevator. Our room was very clean and I really liked the view. It could be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper, seeing as the hotel is located right off of the highway. It was very easy to get to, and that is a big thing for me because I am horrible with directions. The hotel was extremely busy; mostlikely because of their great summer rates. They had an asian conference, a high school conference, and a family reunion all in the same weekend. That was just a little too much for me.
